Gdańskie Centrum Muzyczno-Kongresowe is a set of 5 buildings comprising 7 segments:
segment A - a concert hall for 1000 people with a foyer of 808m2, which may be used for exhibition purposes;
segment B - a small-stage hall for 200 people with administration and performance facilities;
segment C - two multifunctional halls;
segment D - a hotell part;
segment E - ticket and client service offices;
segment F - a hotell part;
segment G - echnical facilities;

Reconstruction and expansion of an industrial building (previously an electrical power and heating plant) registered in the Register of Historic Monuments (886).
