BIUROWIEC SMOLNA

A training and office complex composed of three interconnected buildings of similar size, laid on three connected garages. It has been designed to fit into the existing surroundings. The primary value of the area is its close proximity to the Trójmiejski Park Krajobrazowy. The bodies of particular buildings differ in colours - two of them are covered in white ceramics and one is orange - as well as intersection of another, trapezoidal block at the side of Smolna Street containing the main hall. The buildings are connected by means of single storey links at the height of the second floor.
