The project aims at creating a modern centre of Gdańsk in immediate proximity of existing historic centre with high historical value in the field of town planning and architecture. The division of buildings covers 6 quarters tagged as: A, B, C, D, E, and F. The project includes: preserving the historical quarter division, as well as parcel divisions (among others, by designing within restraints of the division), restoring the historical street layout, creating well exposed frontages and profiles, as well as preserving the boundaries of buildings. Quarter A, located in the north-west area of the island by Stara Motława, opposite to Długie Pobrzeże, laid fully on a basement. A single storey basement contains a car park. The first two storeys were designed to cover the whole quarter area and hold commercial premises, as well as an inner car park with the gate at Chmielna st. The upper storeys were designed on C-shaped base and made to hold residential flats.

Quarter B, located in the north part of the island, opposite to Ołowianka island, composed of two spatial elements. In the west part plans assume reconstruction of "Daleka Droga" granaries, where a hotel was planned, while in the east part a building has been designed to constitute the compositional dominant of the whole project, holding gastronomical premises on lower levels, while offering residential spaces on the upper ones. Quarter C, located in the north-east area of the island, by Nowa Motława, opposite a yacht marina. Function-wise it has been divided into two parts within its upper storeys: the north part contains hotel apartments, and the south part is a residential one. On the ground floor there are commercial spaces, including gastronomy and a shopping centre.

Quarter D, located in the east area of the island, by Nowa Motława, opposite a yacht marina. Function-wise it has been divided into two parts. The north part holds an Amber Museum, while the South contains commercial premises, town square, commercial and residential spaces.

Quarter E, located in the south-east area of the island, by Nowa Motława, opposite a yacht marina, laid fully on a basement. The single level basement holds a car park. Offices and commercial premises are located on the ground floor and first 4 storeys. Within the upper storeys and the part at the Nowa Motława side (all storeys above the ground floor) residential spaces have been planned.

Quarter F, located in the south part of the north area of the island, laid fully on a basement. The single level basement holds a car park. The ground floor and four storeys contain commercial and office spaces. Within the upper storeys residential premises have been planned.
